All local food service employees must have an original, valid Food Handler Permit from the Tulsa Health Department (THD) in their possession while at work. To receive a permit, you must successfully complete a THD Food Safety Class or pass the THD Waiver Test.  All Chick-fil-A employees must leave their original Food Handler Permit at the restaurant and permits will be returned as employees transition from employment at Chick-fil-A.
