at chick-fil-a southroads shopping center, we offer a variety of training classes for team members to grow and develop along their chick-fil-a career journey. classes are usually 1-2 hours in duration and will be hosted at "The Hatch" (our offsite office located at 3939 s. harvard ave, suite 136)

hospitality 101
​
this is our introduction to hospitality class. in this class you will learn more about the create raving fans strategy, our recipe for service, and how to create meaningful experiences with our guests. This class is scheduled as interest is expressed amongst team members.
operations 101
​
this is our introduction to operations class. in this class you will learn more about the various lenses of quality and customer experience, focus on food safety, how to excel at execution, proper equipment use and maintenance, and waste management. This class is scheduled as interest is expressed amongst team members.
leadership 101
​
this is our introduction to leadership class. in this class you will learn more about being an ambassador of the vision, traits of a good leader, seeing the bigger picture, guest recovery and team member coaching. This class is scheduled as interest is expressed amongst team members.
leadership 201
​
this is our advanced leadership class. in this class you will learn more about the serve leadership model, being a food safety champion, and keys to career success. This class is scheduled as interest is expressed amongst team members.
LAUNCH 101
​
This is a class for any team member who is planning on transitioning from chick-fil-A. IN this class we help team members understand how to communicate their experiences and skills learned at chick-fil-a into their resumes and to better prepare for future interviews they will have as they launch to new opportunities!
