In our business, we have to grow our sales and manage our expenses to maximize our financial return. With our earnings, we then have the opportunity to invest into our future as well as give back to others. This allows us to make investments into our team benefits, or purchase new equipment, as well as give back more to our local Tulsa community. Likewise, personally you need to find ways to grow your personal income and mange your expenses. If you are able to do that, then you will be able to save more of your money and maybe even use some of it to give and serve others. When you are in a better place financially, you will have the freedom to make better decisions and not be so burdened by the financial challenges that life may present.
