Why do you work at Chick-fil-A? Do you enjoy your job? Do you feel appreciated and want to tell others about working at Chick-fil-A as well? We hope the answer is "yes", but realize that maybe we haven't given you the right framework to think about your career with Chick-fil-A. We have tried to provide you experiences, appreciation, and growth opportunities, but we have done a poor job at defining for you what to expect by working at Chick-fil-A at Southroads Shopping Center.
That lead's us to the roll out of our new Employee Promise. This is a one page document which helps us better define the experiences we promise to give you as an employee at Chick-fil-A. We have narrowed our focus to 5 promises we believe we can provide to each and every team member. We are Valued - We promise to create an environment where people feel valued and appreciated. Where team members are treated with respect and treat others with equal respect.
We are One - We promise to create an atmosphere of teamwork. Where every role is important and we look for opportunities to serve one another.
We are Proud - We do more than sell chicken...we influence lives! We promise to remain committed to our vision and create a brand and organization that our team members feel proud to support.
We are Excellent - We promise to give our best in all we do! To measure our team and business by our potential and not by others or just goals alone. We give our best to our team and want our team to give their best to our guests.
We are Stronger - We promise to provide a culture of growth and development and that those who have a desire to improve will be met with the resources to fuel their growth.
None of these promises should be new, however, we hope by defining them for you that it will be more clear why we do the things we do for our team! We appreciate you all and want you to feel engaged and hope by providing this new employee promise that we will pave the way for future engagement and growth of our team!
